Shipping Policy
At By Adrienne Art, each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
All artwork is packaged and shipped within 3–7 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided once your order ships. Shipping speed and cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Occasionally, By Adrienne Art may offer free or promotional shipping during special events or promotions.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Packaging
Artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. Decorative pieces and fragile items are wrapped securely to prevent damage during transit.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely shipping, By Adrienne Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at adrienne@byadrienne.art with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
By Adrienne Art is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece from By Adrienne Art is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of the work, the following policies apply.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact adrienne@byadrienne.art with your order number.
Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or exchange when possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Items that are returned damaged or used may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Commission & Custom Artwork Policy
By Adrienne Art
Custom artwork from By Adrienne Art is created specifically for you and reflects the time, materials, and creative process involved in original hand-painted work.
Commission Process
Commission requests begin with a discussion of the desired subject, size, color palette, and timeline. Once the details are confirmed, a deposit is required to reserve your commission on the studio schedule.
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or delivery.
Timeline
Completion timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and current studio schedule. Estimated timelines will be communicated when the commission is confirmed.
Artistic Interpretation
While every effort is made to honor the vision discussed, all commissioned artwork reflects the artistic style and interpretation of By Adrienne Art.
Revisions
Minor adjustments may be accommodated during the process when possible. Extensive revisions or design changes may incur additional fees.
Final Sale
Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for each client, all custom and commissioned pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
Shipping
Once completed and fully paid, commissioned artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped according to the By Adrienne Art Shipping Policy.
